General Requirements

• Renter Qualifications: Renters must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Class C driving license.
• Required Documents: Renters must provide their original ID card or passport at the time of rental.

Rental Fees

• Rental Prices: Rental prices vary depending on the type of motorbike and rental duration. All prices are listed on our website.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash upon motorbike collection.
• Late Return Penalty: A late return fee will be charged according to the applicable terms.

Pick-Up and Return

• Pick-Up Location: Motorbikes can be picked up at an agreed location or delivered to you within our service area.
• Motorbike Condition: Motorbikes must be returned in the same condition as rented, including adequate fuel levels.
• Return Time: Motorbikes must be returned at the agreed time. Late returns will incur additional charges.

Renter’s Responsibilities

• Damage and Loss: Renters are responsible for any damage or loss of the motorbike during the rental period.
• Motorbike Usage: Motorbikes must be used responsibly and only for personal use, not for racing or illegal activities.
• Traffic Regulations: Renters must comply with all traffic regulations in Bali.

Insurance

• Insurance Coverage: Our motorbikes DO NOT include basic insurance coverage. Please ride responsibly.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the pick-up time for a full refund.
• Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up will incur a cancellation fee.

Additional Services

• Helmets and Storage Boxes: Each rental includes two free helmets, and some motorbikes come with storage boxes.
• Emergency Assistance: We provide 24-hour emergency assistance for all our motorbike renters.

Limitation of Liability

• Indirect Damages: JoeRentBikeinBali.com is not responsible for indirect damages, losses, or costs arising from the use of rented motorbikes.
• Personal Belongings: We are not liable for any loss of personal belongings stored in the rented motorbike.

Privacy Policy

• Data Collection: We collect your personal data for rental administration and customer service purposes.
• Data Security: Your personal data will be securely stored and not shared with third parties without your consent.

Dispute Resolution

• Applicable Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
