1. Rental Requirements

• Required Documents: Renters must provide a valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and an original ID or passport. The ID or passport will be held during the rental period (for daily rentals).
• Minimum Age: Renters must be at least 18 years old.

2. Usage Terms

• Motorbike Condition: The motorbike must be used responsibly and only for personal purposes. Racing or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• Maintenance: Renters are responsible for regularly checking the bike’s condition, including tire pressure, brakes, and fuel level.
• Prohibited Use: Driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances is not allowed.

3. Pickup and Return

• Pickup Location: Motorbikes can be picked up at an agreed location or delivered within our service area.
• Return Time: Motorbikes must be returned at the agreed time. Late returns will incur additional charges.
• Return Condition: Motorbikes must be returned in the same condition as rented, including a sufficient fuel level.

4. Fees and Payment

• Rental Fees: Rates vary based on the motorbike type and rental duration.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and cash upon motorbike pickup.
• Late Fees: Late returns will incur additional charges as per the applicable terms.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.
• Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Insurance and Liability

• Insurance: All motorbikes come with basic insurance. Please review the terms and conditions for coverage details.
• Damage and Accidents: Renters are responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period. Contact us immediately in case of damage or accidents.

7. Additional Services

• Helmets and Storage Boxes: Each rental includes two helmets, and some motorbikes come with storage boxes.
• Emergency Assistance: We provide limited emergency assistance services for all motorbike rentals.

8. Traffic Rules

• Compliance: Renters must adhere to all traffic laws in Bali.
• Penalties: Renters are responsible for any traffic violations, including fines or other penalties.
